What does the one-time onboarding fee cover?+
The ₹7,000 onboarding fee is charged once, with your first payment. It covers installation, lab profile configuration, test catalog setup with your reference ranges and pricing, and staff training. You never pay it again — even when you renew or upgrade.
How much is the first payment?+
The onboarding fee plus at least 3 months of your plan, paid upfront. On Basic that is ₹7,000 + ₹500 × 3 = ₹8,500. Your lab goes live once we have verified your lab documents, usually within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade from Basic to a plan with AI features?+
Yes. You can move to Advance or Pro at any time — we adjust the unused portion of your current plan against the new one, and you don't pay the onboarding fee again.
What are the AI features?+
AI-powered business insights on your dashboard — revenue trends, test volumes, referral patterns and growth opportunities — along with the MIS reporting suite for owners and managers.
Do prices include GST?+
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes are added on the invoice.
What happens when my plan period ends?+
We'll remind you before expiry so you can renew. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted when a plan lapses, and access is restored as soon as you renew.
