What does the one-time setup fee cover?+
The ₹6,000 setup fee is charged once, when you onboard. It covers installation, lab profile configuration, test catalog setup with your reference ranges and pricing, and staff training. You never pay it again — even when you renew or upgrade.
Can I upgrade from Starter to a plan with AI features?+
Yes. You can upgrade to the Half-Yearly or Yearly plan at any time — we adjust the unused portion of your current plan against the new one, and you don't pay the setup fee again.
What are the AI features?+
AI-powered business insights on your dashboard — revenue trends, test volumes, referral patterns and growth opportunities — along with the MIS reporting suite for owners and managers.
Do prices include GST?+
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes are added on the invoice.
What happens when my plan period ends?+
We'll remind you before expiry so you can renew. Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted when a plan lapses, and access is restored as soon as you renew.
