Register & choose a plan
Create your account, pick Basic, Advance or Pro, and pay the onboarding fee with at least 3 months of your plan — UPI, cards or net banking.
Authenticate your lab
Give the doctor's or owner's name and contact number, and upload an Aadhaar card and your lab's letterhead. We verify them and your lab goes live, usually within 24 hours.
Start reporting
We set up your test catalog, prices and letterhead and train your staff. Register patients, pull results from analyzers and release reports by SMS.

Register your lab, choose Basic, Advance or Pro, and pay the one-time ₹7,000 onboarding fee plus at least 3 months of your plan. Then upload your lab authentication documents — once we verify them, your lab goes live, usually within 24 hours.
Every lab's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one lab can never read another's patients. Staff only see the modules their role is allowed, and results changed after authorization are logged with who changed what and when.
Analyzers that speak ASTM or HL7, over a serial cable or the network. A small bridge program runs on the lab PC next to the analyzer; you can check the connection with the built-in connection tester before going live. Analyzer interfacing is included in the Pro plan.
Yes. As part of onboarding we set up your test catalog, prices, reference ranges and report letterhead, and train your staff. Talk to us about bringing across patient records from your existing system.
Two things. Owners get AI-written insights on revenue, test volumes and referral trends (Advance and Pro plans). Patients can open a plain-language summary of a released report in the patient portal — it explains the results, it does not diagnose.
When a report is released the patient gets an SMS with a link to sign in and download it. Reports print on your lab's letterhead, and patients can also see their reports and invoices in the patient portal.
