Referred doctors

Most lab business comes through referring doctors. Labgen keeps a registry of every doctor who sends you patients, so you can credit referrals correctly and manage commission arrangements transparently.

Adding a referring doctor

Open Referred Doctors and add a doctor with their contact details. Once a doctor is in your registry, you can select them when registering a patient — every visit they refer is then linked back to them.

Commission terms

For doctors on a commission arrangement, you can record the commission percentage. A simple toggle controls whether commission applies at all — turn it off and the percentage is disabled, so there's no ambiguity.

Seeing the impact

Because referrals are linked to visits, your top referring doctors surface in MIS & reporting, helping you understand which relationships drive the most business.
