This module is restricted to the lab owner and center managers, because it exposes revenue and governance data.
Accounting

Operations & quality
This section is framed around the quality indicators an NABL / ISO 15189 assessor looks for. The headline number is turnaround time (TAT) compliance — the percentage of reports finalized within each test's target time, measured from sample collection to report release, and colour-coded against performance bands.
- Workload by status and TAT by category against your service levels.
- Staff productivity — who verified and finalized how much.
- Critical-value notification — acknowledgement rate and average response time.
Honest about gaps
Pre-analytical indicators such as sample rejection and hemolysis aren't tracked yet — the module is transparent about what it does and doesn't measure, so you're never misled in front of an assessor.
