Collection centers & franchisees
Onboard sample-collection partners and franchise branches.
If you receive samples from collection points or run franchise branches, Labgen gives you a registry for each. Both work the same way as the Referred Doctors screen, with extra fields for commercial terms.
Collection centers
A collection center is a partner that collects samples and sends them to your lab. Add each one with its contact details and commercial terms:

| Name & contacts | Two phone numbers and two email addresses |
| Commission applicable | A toggle that enables or disables commission |
| Commission % | The agreed rate (only active when the toggle is on) |
| Credit limit | How much outstanding credit you'll extend |
| Billing cycle day | Day of the month (1–31) the partner is billed |
Franchisees
Franchisees work identically, with their own registry and the same commercial fields. Use collection centers for sample partners and franchisees for branded branches operating under your name.
At a glance
Each registry shows summary metrics — such as total credit extended and how many partners have commission enabled — so you can keep an eye on your exposure across the network.
